Crimson Food and Wine Classic Fundraiser
The evening will feature six Hamilton wines paired with dishes developed by Executive Chef Jamie Callison and WSU students that integrate local and seasonal tastes and flavors – for an outstanding hospitality experience.
Net proceeds from the event will benefit the hospitality and wine & beverage business management programs at the ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï campus.
Tickets are $100 each, Â the evening will include a reception, food and wine tastings, heads or tails, and a silent auction.
