Join us at for fun evening of great wine, food, and friends featuring faculty and students of the ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï Hospitality Business Management and Wine Business Management degree programs.

The offering of these degree programs in the Tri-Cities just finished its first year. Students in Dr. Robert Harrington’s beverage management course will assist in testing and evaluating food and wine pairings prior to the event and will serve as ambassadors during the event interacting with attendees and discussing flavor profiles and experiences.

Net proceeds from the event will benefit the hospitality and wine business management programs at the ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï campus. The evening will include reception, tastings, food and wine discussions, and a silent auction.

There will be six stations for food and wine pairings:

2013 Rosé of Malbec
2010 Merlot
2009 – Bona Vita
2012 Red Mountain Malbec
2012 Weinbau Cabernet Franc
Malbec Port – a ruby type Port-style wine

Saturday, Oct. 22 at 6 p.m.
Cost: $75 per person on a first-come, first-serve basis as this is an exclusive event.
