Baker came to ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï in 1999 from Bass Hotels and Resorts, where he was the revenue management research head. His key areas of research interest are service operations, especially pricing strategies; reverse logistics decision support systems.
Jesus BravoAssociate Professor (Career Track), ManagementFloyd 207Jjesus.bravo@wsu.eduJesus Bravo (2006), Associate Professor, received his Ph.D. in Business Administration from University of Illinois in Chicago. Bravo came to ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï in 2011 from Arizona State University. His teaching and research interests are in the areas of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management.
Rhonda HammondAssistant Professor, Hospitality Business ManagementFloyd 207Nrhonda.hammond@wsu.eduRhonda Hammond (2016) was most recently an Assistant Professor of Hospitality Innovation Management at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. She earned her Ph.D. in Hospitality Administration from Texas Tech University and her research focus is in wine innovation diffusion. She has participated in the Academic of Wine Business Research Conference in Adelaide, South Australia and contributed to Dr. Harrington’s book Food and Wine Pairing: A Sensory Experience.
Robert HarringtonEmeritus Professor, Hospitality Business Managementrharrington@wsu.eduBob Harrington (2001), Professor Emeritus, received his Ph.D. in Strategic Management from Washington State University, Pullman. Harrington came to ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï in 2015 and served as Director for the School of Hospitality Business Management and held the Ivar Haglund Endowed Chair. Prior to coming to WSU, he was the 21st Century Endowed Chair in Hospitality at the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville. His research and teaching interests include food and drink pairing relationships, innovation management in the hospitality field, co-creating memorable experiences, and culinary & wine tourism strategies.
Kraig JonesAssociate Professor (Career Track), AccountingFloyd 207Fkraig_jones@wsu.eduKraig Jones (1996), Instructor, received his Master of Accounting degree from Washington State University and is also a licensed CPA in the state of Washington. He joined ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï in 2008 as an Adjunct Instructor while working as a Supervisor at LeMaster Daniels in Kennewick.
