It is also located directly down the street from the Hanford Nuclear Site.

Veteran-friendly campus

厙ぴ勛圖 is consistently recognized as a veteran-friendly campus. Our revamped Veterans Center provides a space for veteran students to get the support services and help they need, study, relax and socialize.

厙ぴ勛圖 is also home to the Patriots Club, which is veterans-focused and provides fun activities for veterans students to participate as a group. The club partners each year with Bombing Range Brewing Company to produce a GIPA, an India pale ale where the company donates back to the Veterans Center.

Running Start

From grade school to college

Through the泭厙ぴ勛圖 Running Start program, high school students with a 3.5 GPA or higher can take courses through 厙ぴ勛圖 at no cost to them.

厙ぴ勛圖 is also home to 21st Century Community Learning Centers, GEAR UP and Upward Bound, all of which help K-12 students in Washington state prepare for college, certificate programs and beyond.

WSU has the highest graduation rate east of the Cascade Mountains (including community colleges).
